The largest Korean palace in Seoul can be reached by subway from Gyeongbokgung Station. Many tourists like to change into Hanbok for taking pictures. If you wear Hanbok, the entrance fee is free. Whether you want to change is up to your personal preference. The palace is very large and has several entrances and exits. Most people enter from Gwanghwamun, and because there are so many people on vacation, it takes at least half a day to slowly look at each place. I thought this Korean palace was a precious monument, but after seeing the story, I realized it was severely damaged during the Japanese colonial period. Many palace buildings have been reconstructed in modern times, so they are not considered historical sites. It's really regrettable, but I still think it's a representative attraction of Seoul and worth visiting.
