Unlike most noodle houses that use machines to make the dough, Garam still kneads the dough by hand every day and makes the pancakes fresh with each order-arriving at your table warm and delicious every time 🔥 😋. The servers and interior both have a classic 80s vibe, but have aged well- you can often see three generations of families coming here not only for a nice meal, but to pass down time-honored traditions for future generations.
