[Korea / Gwanghwamun] The renovated Gwanghwamun Square!

Instagram → @camyu.kr 　\ Gwanghwamun has been renovated 🙂🤍 / ⁡ Good evening again today, this is CHIAKI ☺️ ⁡ This street in Gwanghwamun, famous for Gyeongbokgung Palace, King Sejong the Great, and the statue of Lee Sun-shin. The renovation was completed in August 2022, and I saw how beautiful it has become 🙂🫶🏻 ⁡ The video is on the Vlog (URL in the profile), so please check it out 🤍 ⁡ ⁡ 𖤘 #Gwanghwamun #광화문 ⁡ ⁡ When you come to Korea on a tour, you are often taken to Dongwha Duty Free without being asked (lol), so I think many people have been to this area 🙂 ⁡ With Gyeongbokgung Palace behind you, the right side was a road, but now you can walk around like a square ☺️👏🏻 When construction started, it was closed due to the 🦠, and when I thought I could finally go, it was so beautiful. It is a place of relaxation for tourists and office workers in the area. ⁡ ⁡ Personally, I watch a lot of Korean movies when I can't go to the museum (Oh, I'll talk a little bit from here...🥱w) ⁡ ⁡ I watched "Battle Ocean" about General Yi Sun-shin, and "Sejong the Great: The Star Chasers" about King Sejong, so I felt like I could understand the meaning of the statue a little better, and it moved me even more☺️👏🏻 ⁡ ⁡ Battle Ocean depicts the battles of General Yi Sun-shin, but there are ship models and ship drawings carved around the statue at Gwanghwamun, and the memories that are brought back by just one statue are amazing👏🏻 ⁡ In Star Chasers, various things are drawn, such as Hangul and astronomical observation equipment, but in front of the statue at Gwanghwamun, there are astronomical observation equipment. There were models of equipment on display, and even Hangul was written next to the statue 🙄 There were so many things I would never have noticed back then 👏🏻 ⁡ ⁡ The beautiful Gwanghwamun, which had been beautifully renovated, and the statue, which I could enjoy from a different perspective, it was a heartwarming moment for me~I've talked too much 🥹 ⁡ You can see the atmosphere in the Vlog, so check it out at the URL in the profile ☺️ ⁡ ⁡ The bus stop is the one at Gwanghwamun!
