They only have 3 kinds of pork: moksal(shoulder), samgyubsal(belly), and hangjungsal(jowl). We ordered the moksal and the hangjungsal. You can tell that they use great quality meat once you place a piece into your mouth. The meat, with such soft texture, will be gone in a matter of seconds. You can't leave out jjigae and naengmyun when eating pork barbecue in Korea. We ordered a dwenjang jjigae(spicy bean soup) with rice and a bibim naengmyun(spicy cold noodles).
