THE BALVENIE

The 'Balvenie Maker's Table' pop-up store, held at Peaches Dowon in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, will be held from May 27 to June 10. This experiential pop-up is a space where you can feel the craftsmanship of Balvenie, a single malt whiskey brand with a 130-year tradition, with all five senses, and offers various programs and experiences. In the exhibition zone, you can freely view the space that sensually presents Balvenie's representative cask finish lineup: Double Wood 12 Years, Caribbean Cask 14 Years, French Oak 16 Years, and Portwood 21 Years. There are also various experiential programs such as making your own custom ice cream and the 'Balvenie Taste Test'. In particular, the 'Maker's Table Bar' will present 'Pairing Flight', a Balvenie pairing set created in collaboration with Korean Korean food artisans. This set offers 4 kinds of finger foods, including pea spring salad, moyak and fruit jelly, nurungji samgyetang, and jangsanjeok, along with a glass of Balvenie 12.14.16.21, so you can experience the harmony of whiskey and Korean food.
