Every bite is filled with freshness and flavor, making me exclaim in delight!! They use the best fish delivered every morning and serve it in the best condition, so it's a place you can trust. 🐟 The various menus using seasonal ingredients were also excellent. 💚 The futomaki was very satisfying with its fullness. The harmony of the ingredients inside was fantastic, especially the umami and flavor felt in the mouth were exquisite! Also, Set A includes herring, squid, aged kimchi, sea bream, flatfish, tuna, salmon (2 types), shrimp (2 types), steamed egg, salad, and miso soup, making it very cost-effective. 😋 The restaurant is decorated with a cozy and warm atmosphere.
