Built on the cliff, the castle has a great view and a moat more than ten meters deep, and was once a Spanish royal residence and military fortress. The castle architecture combines Spanish Gothic style with a weapons museum and gorgeous rooms, where the traces of Moorish culture can be seen everywhere. The castle is narrow and tall, and is known as one of the prototypes of Snow White Castle.
