Wat Phra Borommathat Sawi, Chumphon

Phra That Sawi, also known as Phra Borommathat Sawi, is located in Moo 1, Ban Wat Sawi, Sawi Subdistrict, Sawi District, Chumphon Province. This stupa is influenced by the design of Phra Mahathat Chedi Nakhon Si Thammarat, leading to the assumption that it was built during the Ayutthaya period. The temple holds significant importance in both Buddhism and Thai history, as it houses the Phra Borommathat Sawi and has been standing for over 700 years. It has been registered as an ancient monument in Chumphon Province.
