This hotel completely changed my perception of Saudi Arabia.

This is the Deser rock resort, the newest luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia's Red Sea Project. The entire hotel is built on a rocky mountain range, with the most impressive rooms located directly inside rock caves. It's said they used tons of explosives to create the access tunnels. The hotel embraces a desert aesthetic, but with top-quality materials. The complimentary gifts are also of superb quality. Everything is excellent, except for the lack of alcohol. Rooms at this hotel start at 20,000 RMB per night. For flights, only Dubai, Riyadh, and Jeddah have direct connections. I'm the first DMC to visit here, and I think this could be a strong contender for the best hotel of 2025.
