[Genghis Khan Daruma] When you think of Sapporo, you think of Genghis Khan! When you think of Genghis Khan, you think of the famous Daruma. This is 4-4 Nikai-tei. First, they grill a lot of onions. While they're grilling, we decide on the menu. When I asked for a recommendation, they said "premium meat," so ☑︎Premium meat 1,680 yen for 2 people ☑︎Genghis Khan 1,280 yen for 1 person ☑︎Rice 220 yen ☑︎Vegetables 220 yen Until now, I've always thought of Genghis Khan as having a gamey smell, and I didn't really like it, but the meat here has no smell at all, is soft, and incredibly delicious. The "premium meat" is of course the best, but the "Genghis Khan" was more than enough. The excess fat drips off on the hot plate, and the onions grilled in that delicious fat are incredibly delicious.
