ซัปโปโร่ในความทรงจำ...Very Japanese dinner

Following up on our room reservation at Shogetsu Grand Hotel, which was a Half Board including breakfast and dinner, in the evening we put on a yukata with a robe and woven slippers and went out to the dining room. The set menu and the names of the menu were all written in Japanese kanji (ancient Chinese characters) and I couldn't read it. The staff came to introduce when serving that the first three sets were starters, then the main course came, followed by dessert and drinks. Everything was delicious and we ate everything. We almost licked the plate. This was another memorable trip that I can't wait to return to.
