Cherry Blossoms at Hokkaido Shrine: A Tranquil Spring Walk

Sapporo's spring is cool and refreshing. As you step into Hokkaido Shrine, the garden is in full bloom with cherry blossoms. The pink and white flowers blend with the solemn shrine architecture, creating a serene and sacred atmosphere. Walking slowly along the stone path, cherry trees on both sides form a dreamy tunnel of flowers. Sunlight filters through the petals, casting a faint pink glow on the visitors. A gentle breeze blows, scattering petals like spring blessings falling on your shoulders. Approaching the main hall, the majestic wooden shrine stands quietly among the cherry blossoms. The sound of the bell resonates, making you unconsciously slow down to quietly feel the tranquility and reverence of spring. In the afternoon, sitting on a bench inside the shrine, savoring a cup of rich matcha, watching the petals dance among the cherry trees, you feel the gentle moments of spring. The sunset casts a golden light on the cherry blossoms, adding a layer of warmth and mystery to the shrine. I silently make a wish in my heart, cherishing this beautiful spring scene, and look forward to returning to this tranquil Hokkaido Shrine next year when the cherry blossoms bloom again, to reunite with spring.
