Spring snow in Sapporo - Former Hokkaido Government Office Building

The hotel is near Sapporo Station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the old main building of the Hokkaido Government. This is a landmark historical building in the center of Sapporo and an important administrative center during the development of Hokkaido. On the right side of the entrance, there is a stone "Sapporo City Road Mark", a monument marking the starting and ending points of the Hokkaido Road. The exterior of the old red brick building looks very beautiful against the backdrop of white snow, but unfortunately the interior is closed for renovation and is expected to be open to the public on July 25 this year.
