Crispy Perfectly Fried Tonkatsu

#japantrip 📍Kaiteirou Restaurant, Sapporo, Hokkaido Japan Had a delightful and satisfying meal at Kaiteirou Restaurant which is located in the heart of Sapporo, Hokkaido. We had one of the best meal of the trip, which was tonkatsu! The restaurant is huge with plenty of seatings and tables, they even have private rooms to accommodate small groups of visiting patrons. The tonkatsu was perfectly fried, served warm with a light crunchy coating that wasn’t greasy at all! The tonkatsu was crispy on the outside, while the inside was juicy and tender. Love that the meal was also served with salad, steamed egg, miso soup which was a perfectly balanced meal! When dip with the tonkatsu sauce, it taste even better! 10/10 recommending this!
