Hokkaido Sapporo Tourism There are many things to do in Sapporo, but this time I went to Sapporo in early spring I went to Maruyama 88 Temples and Maruyama Park Sakashita Baseball Stadium to see the cherry blossoms, so I'll share what I saw. 📍 Sapporo 88 Temples Daishi Hall 📍 Miyagaoka, Chuo Ward, Sapporo, Hokkaido → About 7 minutes walk from Exit 3 of Maruyama Koen Station on the Tozai Subway Line Maruyama Park, a vast park in the center of Sapporo On the south side of Maruyama Park, there is the Maruyama Primeval Forest At the back of the park is the entrance to climb Maruyama The 88 Temples Daishi Hall is located. You can climb Maruyama in less than 30 minutes, and the view from the top is great. Also, just before the 88 temples, there is Sakashita Baseball Stadium, and the cherry blossoms around it are spectacular. You can freely enter the grounds, and they are well-cleaned and well-maintained, so it's fun to stroll around. The cherry blossoms are also in bloom and well worth seeing. *The standard distance is a 7-minute walk from Maruyama Park Exit 3 on the Tozai Subway Line, but there is a shopping mall called Maruyama Class directly connected to the Maruyama Park Subway Line, so you can go shopping there before heading there!
