Connected to Susukino Station & Don Quijote underground A new building, so clean & friendly There are all kinds of Sapporo restaurants nearby There are many restaurants on the basement floor, 1st floor, and 4th floor of the building Nikasan photo zone is on the 2nd floor terrace These are the only pros that I can think of..!!
