Sapporo Tower in Winter

#thingstodo Arrived on January 7, 2024, and experienced the exhilaration of heavy snowfall while walking from our hotel. Upon arrival, instead of heading up to the observation deck of the tower, we opted to relish the outdoor scenery. The falling snow created a picturesque scene, adorning bare trees with a dramatic layer of snow. This location becomes exceptionally beautiful during the peak of winter. It's crucial to stay informed about heavy snowfall in different parts of Japan. With our 21-day JR pass, we had the flexibility to adjust our itinerary based on real-time observations and updates from the Japanese government.
