It is currently open to the public as the Hokkaido Prefectural Government Office Temporary Tour Facility. As the "Red Brick Office, Only Here" you can see various materials on display, and you can even see the "Octagonal Tower" and "Octagonal Tower Pole" up close, within reach 😊 I visited without knowing that it was undergoing renovation work, but it was a valuable, one-of-a-kind experience.
