It now has branches outside of Hokkaido and is popular for its authentic coffee. ▼Limited collaboration menu 1100 yen Sausages and curry from Tonden Farm in Ebetsu City, Hokkaido are only available at Misuzu Cafe. The sausages, which have been smoked over a strong charcoal fire to lock in the flavor, are smoked over the embers using chips to give them a juicy and fragrant taste. The crisp, exquisite flavor spreads in your mouth. The curry is made with selected fragrant spices, and contains apples, chutney, and yogurt. It has a slight sweetness followed by a rich, deep, medium-spicy flavor. An incredibly delicious curry. It's 900 yen for a single serving, and 1100 yen for a set that includes a Misuzu Coffee drink, which is an amazing deal. Misuzu's original, mild, easy-to-drink coffee. It's refreshing and has almost no acidity. The more you drink it, the more refreshing it becomes. I was surprised at both the quality and price of such delicious coffee and food at this price. The dim lighting creates a more luxurious and calming atmosphere.
