Hokkaido University | Japan's most beautiful university

Located in Sapporo, Hokkaido University is Japan's earliest institution of higher education. The winners of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2010 and 2021 were both chemistry professors from the university, accounting for 1/4 of the Japanese winners of the award!!! With admiration in my heart, I visited this University in autumn. I was shocked as soon as I entered the gate! The "white Hokkaido" in my impression instantly turned into a "colorful world"! In order to ensure safety and viewing effect, pedestrians are not allowed to enter the middle lane. There were many tourists taking photos under the trees, quietly. I remember meeting a friendly Japanese old lady who showed me her collection of gradually changing colored leaves 🍂🍃. (Because of the language barrier, I didn't dare to take pictures of her works without permission.) Hokkaido University is the largest college in Japan in terms of land area. I unconsciously wandered around for more than two hours. After 1 pm, the school cafeteria is open to visitors, so I experienced the benefits of being a student again. The taste is the same as always, "Japanese cuisine", but the price is only half of what it is outside. It's a pity that I'm already past the age of studying, otherwise, for this beautiful scenery and delicious food, I should also apply to come here to study for a few years! 🚉Transportation guide: Public transportation is sufficient.
