Rosewood Sanya: An Artistic Journey

Rosewood's design is always "one city, one work." No matter which city it is located in, it has a unique and meaningful eye for selecting artworks. As the first resort hotel of Rosewood Hotels in China, Rosewood Sanya maintains an artistic style while creating a rare sense of warmth and comfort in Sanya. As soon as I walked into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the abstract floral oil painting, which is 7 meters high and runs through the atrium. The lobby staff told me that it was the work of an Argentine artist. Then there was the sculpture "Ice Cream Bear" by a Korean artist and the "Tower of Babel" near the guest elevator, which perfectly integrated into the overall layout. Every corner was carefully considered by the art decorator. I knew that I, an art lover, had come to the right place! Fortunately, I came here during the Spring Festival, so I had the opportunity to see Mr. Jin Yucheng's paintings. "Red," "Jing'an Temple," and "Blossoms B" are all very Shanghai-style. From the paintings, you can not only see the story scenes of "Blossoms" but also think of some parts of Mr. Wang Anyi's "The Song of Everlasting Sorrow." Shanghai is a magical place that has produced so many excellent writers and artists. During the Spring Festival, in addition to Mr. Jin Yucheng's painting exhibition, there is also a chance to get red envelopes and a calendar of the story collection of "Blossoms" and other exhibition peripherals! There are also traditional festival activities such as paper cutting and movable type printing, and you can also experience picking wild vegetables from Wuzhishan in the hotel's small botanical garden! I drank a self-made cocktail and picked basil and mint leaves directly from the king's garden to add natural flavor. It was a really novel experience!
