I checked recently, and the prices after May Day are also quite acceptable. Choosing to stay here, first, the location of The Westin is good, very close to the Sanya Duty-Free Shop, almost just a wall away, which is really too convenient for shopping. Moreover, we chose to have dinner next door at the Edison, so The Westin was the obvious choice. After dinner at Edison, you can walk to The Westin along the beach and enjoy the seascape. This time the hotel arranged an upgrade to a two-bedroom suite, communicated with the hotel in advance, and sent a very nice fruit cake, and since it was not a holiday or peak tourist season, the hotel generally arranges it. This two-bedroom suite should actually be a converted one-bedroom suite, I'm not sure if that's correct, but that's the impression, because there's no living room anymore, the living room has been turned into a bedroom. However, speaking of which, the balcony of The Westin is very large, with a great view of the night market, and my friend joked that you could run on the balcony! The rooms on the first floor of the hotel come with a small swimming pool, which looks quite nice. Many resort hotels are designed like this, but you can't see the sea view from the lower floors. However, if you have children, you can book a room on the first floor, which should be a great experience for parent-child activities, suitable for family vacation stays. The hotel's breakfast is on the first floor, with an outdoor seating area, where you can see the pool view, but it's still a bit hot outside, even though it's April in Sanya, the temperature has already reached over 30 degrees Celsius. The outdoor seating area has a nice view, but it's hot. There are quite a few guests for breakfast in the morning, the breakfast restaurant is bustling, just like a market, have a quick bite, finish the meal, and go straight through the pool to the beach for a walk. It's much quieter by the sea, after all, it's morning, and many people haven't gotten up yet! The hotel's beach gets busier in the evening or at night, and there are often a lot of people by the pool, and the restaurant often has some performances, singing, and other activities at night. Although The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay Resort has been around for some years, the overall stay is still good, the hotel service is online, the huge public space, numerous swimming pools, direct access to the sea view, a step away from the CDF Duty-Free Shop, and a variety of restaurant experiences, it is definitely a good choice for a vacation trip.
