Weapons Square, full of historical heaviness

Weapons Square, like most South American capitals, every city has a "Weapons Square". But Santiago's "Weapons Square" is a bit different, there is a small garden in the center of the square, many locals chat and sunbathe here, even play cards, chess and sing. Facing the cameras in the hands of foreign tourists, they seem to have long been accustomed to, facing the lens with a relaxed and casual face. In Weapons Square, you can see patrolling with police dogs everywhere, and there are even mounted police stationed here. The Presidential Palace of Santiago, the capital of Chile (also known as La Moneda Palace), was built during the Spanish colonial period. It was originally used as the private residence of the first lady of Chile, and it was not used as the presidential palace until the 19th century. It is usually open to tourists for free.
