Vajiralongkorn Dam, originally known as Khao Laem Dam, is a multi-purpose dam built as part of the Mae Klong River Basin Development Project. It's a rockfill dam with a 92-meter-high reinforced concrete surface. Its peak stretches across the Khwae Noi River and is 10 meters broad and 1,019 meters long. The major goal is to create hydroelectricity while also collecting flood water and providing irrigation water. The dam's construction has created a beautiful lake that you should cruise along to enjoy the scenery.
