There are vineyards in the Spanish 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲 volcanoes

To protect against the wind, farmers build semicircular or square walls of stone to keep out the wind, with grapes or other crops growing slightly lower in the middle, a unique farming practice on the island. Although Lanzarote's wine production is not much, the quality is good. The winery tried two basic wines, red and white, rich in minerals and unique taste.
