Newly opened at the end of August this provides sweeping views of the river and of Samut Prakan District. The observation deck has a 360 degree viewing platform that allows you see everything. Built as a testament to the development of the area the first 3 floors house a kind of interactive exhibition showing the history of Samut Prakan from ancient past to modern day. It incorporates displays & models, audiovisual, moving props and more. There is also a tour guide and lots of written information on the walls. A very enlightening experience. Free entry for the first 2 months after that it's 60 baht. No booking needed I just walked in. Cery courteous and welcoming staff as is everywhere in Thailand.
