While traveling the world, we discovered ⭐️Esszimmer⭐️ in Salzburg, Austria. This fine dining restaurant had opened just 3-4 months before our visit. We arrived at our reserved time and were pleasantly surprised by their warm hospitality. Not long after, Esszimmer earned a Michelin 1-star rating. The Michelin 1-star restaurant Esszimmer is run by a couple, similar to fine dining spots like Konyvbar in Budapest or Konstantinfilapo. Andreas and Andrea Kaiblinger opened ESSZIMMER in Salzburg in July 2004. The restaurant emphasizes enjoyment and friendliness, with a focus on modern Austrian cuisine. Andreas Kaiblinger has been a chef for over 30 years, and Andrea has studied wine extensively.
