SUSURU RAMEN

A small ramen shop that can only serve a limited number of customers, probably no more than 10 people, but the quality of the ramen is not small at all. I remember the first time I came to this shop, I searched for food on Google and happened to see it. But the first time I went, I was disappointed because it was sold out. It made me think that this shop must have something good. Dora went to the page and called to make a reservation the next day immediately. When I tried it, oh my god!!! The soup that they claim to boil pork bones for more than 6 hours is not wrong at all. It's very good. Super fragrant. The noodles are chewy and soft, just right for my taste. It's very Japanese. The shop also said that their noodles are homemade. It's homemade ramen noodles using the Japanese method, but made in Sakon Nakhon... Oh, so that's why I feel that way. Haha. Now the shop has started adding rice menus, but Dora hasn't tried it yet because I haven't tried all the ramen menus. If I eat everything at once, my little belly won't be able to handle it. Let's just say that I highly recommend this shop.
