Spring in Rome 🇮🇹

#springitinerary We visited Rome in the spring, and it was the perfect time to explore the Eternal City. The weather was just right — warm sunshine ☀️, a light breeze 🌬️, and blooming flowers everywhere 🌸. We explored the Colosseum, and standing inside this ancient amphitheater gave us goosebumps. The history here is alive; we could almost hear the echoes of the crowds from thousands of years ago. I would recommend booking a guided tour 🎧 to really understand the stories behind the ruins and skip the long lines. 📍Piazza del Colosseo, 1, 00184 Roma RM, Italy We wandered through Trastevere, one of the most charming neighborhoods in Rome. The cobblestone streets 🧱, colorful buildings 🏘️, and smell of fresh pasta 🍝 in the air made this area feel like a movie set. We explored its little alleys, stumbled upon quiet churches ⛪️, and had the best gelato of our lives right by the piazza. I would recommend spending an evening here — it lights up with music and life as the sun goes down. 📍Trastevere, 00153 Roma RM, Italy We visited the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica, and it was nothing short of awe-inspiring. From the masterpieces in the museum 🖼️ to the jaw-dropping beauty of the Sistine Chapel 🎨 and the grandeur of St. Peter’s Basilica ⛪️, it felt like we were walking through the heart of art, faith, and history.
