Reconnect & realign in Rishikesh

I didn't think I would fall in love with Rishikesh, but I did. There's an overwhelming peaceful presence about it even amidst the chaos. There's plenty to do, from river rafting, kayaking and bungee jumping to just enjoying the view of the Ganga river from a hidden cafe. Rishikesh is known as the yoga capital, so everywhere you turn there's a yoga school or a cocoa ceremony happening somewhere. Don't get me started on the food! This is a vegetarian/vegan paradise. You won't have any trouble finding something to eat and if Indian cuisine is not your speed, there are plenty of Western options. #yoga #nature #historicallandmarks #outdoor
