Day 7 in Iceland ~ Travel around the capital city center ▪️Rianbow Street This road connects the Hallgrímskirkja and is closed to vehicles. There are snack bars and small shops on both sides of Rainbow Street. When you are tired from walking, you can find a coffee shop to sit down and rest and feel the leisurely atmosphere. ▪️Baejarins Beztu Pylsur Hot Dog Stand The most famous hot dog stand in Iceland, with the blessing of the president, there is an endless line of people queuing up. I thought it was a normal hot dog, which was not surprising at first, but when I learned that Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur’s hot dogs are mainly made of mutton, I was a little surprised because I couldn’t taste the mutton at all. ▪️Tjörnin Lake There are really a lot of ducks, but it’s just a scenic spot I passed by. ▪️The Sun Voyager When I had no idea about the Solar Voyager, I thought it was a fish bone. The designer's idea was to make it look like a ship floating in the air. It stretches into space in a way that makes the sea, sky and the mind of the observer become part of the entire work.
