An underwhelming sighting of Britains last coal power station

While passing through this area from East Midlands Airport, I noticed the shear size of these cooling towers from afar so I thought it would be very interesting to see them close up. Upon reaching the East Midlands Parkway area, I realised that you cannot get very close to the power station for obvious reasons. Therefore, it was a fairly pointless detour since I couldn't experience the height up close.
