😚I happened to walk around the mall and found a famous fried fishball franchise, "Giant Fishball Explosion", so I had to buy some to try. I chose a mix of fried fishballs and fried shrimpballs, size L. The taste was quite good. It was fried until very crispy but still had some soft texture inside. It was eaten with the tamarind sauce, which was a perfect combination.
