It's so delicious. 👉Stir-fried Catfish with Chili and Ginger, freshly fried, crispy, and rich in flavor. It's delicious when eaten with hot rice. 👉Vegetable Fiddlehead Salad, boiled until crispy, mixed with seafood, sour, spicy, salty, sweet, and full of flavor. 👉Ranjuan Pork Cartilage Curry A little disappointed, it was a bit too light and lacked shrimp paste. The cartilage had a slight smell.
