House in the forest, a tree house in a big forest, near a stream

Baan Nai Mong is a lovely homestay consisting of several houses, hidden amidst the natural forest and river. The name of the accommodation, Baan Nai Mong, means “house in the forest” ("Mong" in southern dialect means forest). Getting here is very easy because the accommodation is only about 5 kilometers from Ranong city. It's hard to believe that you can find such a natural atmosphere after driving so far. There are many types of rooms, and the layouts are different. Today we stayed in a house called Baan Lang Ka Dao, which is a 1.5-story room with a mezzanine. The decoration is in the style of a wooden house with black iron to make it look darker. The amenities include air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, water heater, and a balcony to enjoy the view behind the house. Note: The TV here has Netflix. The bathroom is open-air, allowing you to shower and watch the stars. In addition, this place also offers a wood-fired tub for those who want to soak in warm water by the stream. The fee is 500 baht per family. You should inform the staff in advance so they can prepare the equipment and warm water. The staff will separate the tub area for our family, making it private. Soaking in warm water by the stream in the cold is so great. In addition to accommodation, this place also offers a cafe. They also sell food and drinks.
