Shangri-La Hotel, Qufu

As one of the few chain hotels in Qufu, Shangri-La's location is indeed excellent, just a few minutes' drive from the Three Confucian Sites. Diamond card members of Shangri-La were accommodated in a deluxe room with a balcony on the 15th floor. The upgrade was quite generous, and the room had been renovated, though there was a slight smell of the new decor. The Horizon Club was not open, probably because the building next to it was still under renovation. The Horizon Club benefits for diamond members were available at the lobby bar on the first floor.
