You must order the yaotiao to dip in the soup -水门国仔面线糊 Pic 8: 2 famous dishes you will find in Quanzhou: ginger duck and oyster pancake. I highly recommend you try the ginger duck Pic 9: another well-known dish which is rice dumpling covered in savoury sauce - it was so GOOD!
