Gulongxia Glass Bridge Exploring

#createwithtrip Getting There - From Shenzhen, we took a private car straight to Yingde. This was a long drive. I would recommend taking the fast train as it takes only an hour and there are plenty of trains going there throughout the day. We spent the first night at a nearby town (separate post) so we still had to drive a bit to this attraction on the second day. To reach the glass bridge you have options, you can hike (lots of stairs) or you can take the belt. We hiked the bit leading to the belt then we belted up. This was a really fascinating experience as I’ve never seen this anywhere else, I also don’t often go visit glass bridges though so it may be common. To get down we took the slide. I highly recommend this option as it was so much fun! Attractions - there are a few attractions in this same town with the Glass Grand Canyon being the top rated one. Hotels - We stayed in Jiulong Town. There’s a community with many cottages to stay in and activities inside. You can spend the entire weekend inside this community/park as there is so much to do. Food & Restaurants - Food was limited. Only Chinese dishes. Shopping - Plenty of souvenir stores and little markets outside.
