Staying experience at MGM Qingdao.

Address: On Hong Kong East Road, Laoshan District, next to Shilaoren Beach. I arrived on Friday night. The 🦁 at the door was very nice at night. Rooms: We went with our family and booked two rooms, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds. We were upgraded to a side view room when we arrived. On Sunday night, there were fewer guests, so an executive sea view room was available, so we could upgrade. The front desk lady said that if it was not fully booked from Monday to Thursday, we could upgrade directly from MGM to Diaoyutai. We missed it this time, but we will come again next time. Restaurant: There are some simple afternoon tea and Italian restaurants on the first floor in the afternoon. The third floor is the Huanyan all-day restaurant, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. From the 31st floor to the 51st floor is the Diaoyutai Chinese restaurant. This time I booked breakfast and dinner on the third floor. There are more types of breakfast, and the dinner is rich in seafood with unlimited quantity. I think it tastes better. Gym and swimming pool: On the 31st floor of the hotel, the facilities are quite complete. There are many colorful kettlebells which are very cute. You can see the sea directly when running on the treadmill. The infinity pool is very nice for taking pictures. It was cloudy when I went there two days ago, and the water temperature was a bit cold, so I didn't go in the water. On the third day, it was sunny and warm. The water was clean. There was music underwater but the sound was very low and negligible. There was no strong smell of disinfectant. It was a pool that swimming kids liked.
