You can't visit North Korea without seeing Pyongyang, a very special capital city.

Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea, is a city full of mystery and charm. I was fortunate enough to set foot on this land and embark on an unforgettable journey. When I first arrived in Pyongyang, I was struck by the city's greenery. 80% of the urban area is parks and green space, and the air is filled with a fresh scent that makes you feel especially comfortable. I strolled along the wide, clean streets and saw almost no traffic jams, which was very different from the busy capital I had imagined. Kim Il Sung Square is one of Pyongyang's iconic attractions and the first stop on my trip. The square is large enough to accommodate a large crowd. Standing in the center of the square, I was struck by the solemn atmosphere. The bronze statue of Kim Il Sung stands tall, surrounded by sculptures of people under the red flag, as if telling the story of North Korea's history and glory. I walked around the square and visited the Korean Revolution Museum, the Juche Tower, and other buildings, and I felt the deep admiration of the North Korean people for their leader and their love for their country. Afterward, I took the subway to experience Pyongyang's unique underground transportation culture. Pyongyang's subway system is one of the deepest urban rail systems in the world, with each station uniquely designed and luxuriously decorated, earning it the nickname "underground palace." I took the subway through the city, admiring the beautiful murals and decorations in the stations, as if I had entered a world of art. In Pyongyang, I also visited the Arch of Triumph, the Mangyongdae Fountain Park, and other attractions. The Arch of Triumph is located on the Triumphal Square at the foot of Moran Hill and is a monumental building of great significance. I climbed the Arch of Triumph and looked down on the surrounding streets and buildings, feeling the courage and pride of the North Korean people. Mangyongdae Fountain Park is a large comprehensive park that combines leisure and entertainment and is known as the "green lung of Pyongyang." I strolled through the park, admiring the beautiful fountains and tree-lined scenery, and felt the tranquility and beauty of nature. In the evening, I went to the Ryugyong Hotel to enjoy the night view. The Ryugyong Hotel is one of the tallest unfinished buildings in the world, and its unique exterior design and dazzling light show are eye-catching. I stood near the hotel and captured this spectacular sight with my camera. This trip to Pyongyang gave me a deep appreciation of the unique charm of this city. Whether it is the history and culture, natural scenery, or modern facilities, Pyongyang shows its unique charm and style. I believe this trip will be an unforgettable and beautiful memory in my life.
