Pesona Alam Resort & Spa

Pesona Alam Resort and Spa has impressive facilities especially if you are looking for a place that is great for family getaways. This is certainly a kid-friendly hotel that I wold really want to come back with my niece. They also have good food - lots of choices too! The restaurant staff are very attentive to their guests and I particularly felt the warmest hospitality and care from the staff. The rooms are incredible with all the nature view and the ample amount of natural light (sunlight) you can bathe into in the morning (wonderful sunrise view is a great). I just wish that they'd be able to come up with well and more naturally-lit meetings rooms too - the view is just amazing to not have windows in the meeting room and that that the sales manager in-charge of meetings also take time and some effort to meet the representative of the group for better orientation/logistical information/arrangements.
