Den Chang Non, Nan Province

🐘😴 Den Chang Non is part of Doi Phu Kha, located in Tambon Silaphet, Amphoe Pua, Nan Province. It has the highest peak at 1,980 meters above sea level. In the past, this place was used as a high-altitude reconnaissance point because Nan Airport could be seen from above. There are no facilities at all up there. We will start our walk at Silaphet Waterfall. 🚶 The first day is about 9 km. The path is steep from the first step, steep all the way. 🏕 The first day of our camp, we will set up our tents on the Den Chang Non ridge. There are quite a few places to set up tents. The ground is quite sloping. There is a place to hang hammocks. ⛰ The route on the second day will start from the camp, climbing the ridge. The path is a knife-edge ridge, quite narrow and requires caution. It goes all the way to the peak of 1,700. I must say that this point is very beautiful. It is the highlight of the trip. 🏕 The second day of our camp, we slept by the waterfall. The tent area is comfortable. The ground is flat. You can also play in the waterfall.
