2 days in puer!

Getting There - after going to xishuangbanna, we took the high speed train which took 20minutes to puer. the trains run all day at intervals of 20-40minutes. Attractions - The biggest tourist attraction in Puer is tea! as you come into the city, you’ll see that the landscape is filled with rolling hills all filled with tea trees. when in puer, highly recommended to visit a tea plantation where you can learn, pick and make your own tea. Specifically the puer expo garden centre. on the second day we went to the horse road which is 10 mins away from city centre. before going into the ancient road entrance, you’ll pass by charma ancient town which is a cute town filled with trinkets you can buy. the horse road is a beautiful mountain where you can see a nice view of the city and learn about the tea trade routes people used to make. Hotels - Food & Restaurants - lots of dai/thai influenced food. highly recommend mushroom hot pot! variety of mushroom put in one steaming pot. delicious! #tigeryear2022 #staycation #mountainview
