One day when I passed by this Western restaurant in Prince Edward, I was attracted by the name of the restaurant, the owl pendant at the door, the owl paintings and decorations in the restaurant! They ordered two sets of meals, which included salad, soup, main course and drinks. The green apple 🍏 in the salad is refreshing, the salad vegetables are fresh and tasty, and paired with sour black vinegar, it is very appetizing. The soup for the meal is carrot soup. There is a lot of carrot puree in the soup, which has a rich flavor. Chose 2 main dishes. The premium rib-eye steak is tender but not tough, and not too tough either. The steak is 60% done and has been burned with incense. It is a little red when cut, but there is no blood. The rib-eye steak is not dry, but rather juicy. You can add some salt to it, add some mustard if you want it to be more spicy, or add some teriyaki sauce that won’t be too salty. The baked crispy pork belly is not too oily and the meat is tender enough. The pork skin is burnt to golden brown. Both main dishes are served with pumpkin puree, which is so fresh and sweet with a smooth and delicate texture. For drinks, I ordered hot lemon water and iced lemon tea, and I could also pay extra for special drinks. The restaurant currently offers some discounts, such as chocolate brownie/lobster soup/yuzu honey chicken wings, etc. if your ID card contains designated letters.
