Came to Buriram to check in

1. Buriram is adjacent to the border between Thailand and Cambodia. As a territory of the Khmer Empire in the 12th century, there are many large and small Hindu temples scattered in Buriram. The three most famous ones may be Phanom Rung, Phimai and Muang Tam (the second one is a bit far away and is not strictly speaking considered as the Buriram area). 2. Unlike Ayutthaya and Sukhothai Historical Park, there are very few tourists here and the degree of commercialization is low, but the temple complex is well restored and maintained. A place well worth visiting. 3. There are many stone temples in Buriram Province that are similar to Angkor Wat. It is also very similar to the Phimai Stone Palace in Nakhon Ratchasima Province that we visited before. It is very close to the city and it is very convenient to take a taxi. There is a circle of sculptures surrounding the stone carvings, which is very eye-catching, and the architecture here is very beautiful.
