Khao Chong Krachok is located in Mueang District on a hilltop by Ao Prachuap Bay, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. This hilltop is a symbol of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. On top is Wat Khao Chong Krachok, enshrining the relics of the Lord Buddha and a replica of the Buddha's footprint. From the top of the hill, you can see the view of the surrounding Prachuap City and the three bays: Ao Prachuap, Ao Manao, and Ao Noi, as well as Khao Ta Mong Lai and Khao Lom Muk, which are beautiful and can be seen from afar. Tourists who want to climb Khao Krachok must walk up 396 concrete steps to the top of the hill. Along the way, there will be many monkeys waiting for food. You can drive and park your car at Wat Thammikaram Worawihan below. Then walk across to the opposite side, which is the entrance to the hill, which has a yellow archway and stairs that stretch all the way to the top of the hill.
