The Palace was built by King Frederick the Great as his summer palace and surrounded by magnificent lush greenery, enchanting beautiful terraced gardens, fountains and lots of sculptures. This enchanting palace is also used as the backdrop in the recent Korean drama, Queen of Tears in 2 of the episodes as the main cast revisited the palace again.
