Beautiful Artwork in Portugal

It is not difficult to see these beautiful blue tiles on historic buildings in Portugal. On my trip to Porto, they were on almost at every major sights, including the very famous Chapel of the Souls, Sao Bento Station, and the Cathedral of Porto to name a few. There is always a story to tell - whether biblical or historical, and usually quite well preserved. Another type of art often seen in Portugal is the cobblestone pavements. In Lisbon, they are on almost every street, while the more intricate or elegant designs are on the larger squares.
