Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling's regular cafe - Majestic Cafe

A hot place that Harry Potter fans must visit! It is also where J.K. Rowling spent a lot of time writing her first book, 'Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone'. A place that is gaining popularity in Porto thanks to the Harry Potter effect. Since it is a cafe that opened in 1921, I am sure that those who like antique and elegant interiors will fall in love at first sight. I ordered and inhaled the signature menu of this place, Bonbon coffee and French toast (local menu name: Lavanada). The whipped cream and warm condensed milk went well together, and the Bonbon coffee, which boasted a very sweet taste, and the French toast, which had a strong taste of the familiar hotteok, gave me great satisfaction. The only regret is the high price? The prices of all the menus sold in the cafe were unreasonable. It was a bit disappointing that the unit price was measured quite high compared to the general Portuguese price. Worth a visit at least once.
