#Overseas travel The Clérigos Tower and Cathedral, located at the highest point of the Porto hill, is a landmark of Porto. The tower was built in 1754 by Nicola Nasoni, an Italian architect and painter who worked in Portugal for the Clérigos Brotherhood, over a period of 10 years. It was the first Baroque building in Dochi and was the tallest building in Portugal at the time it was built. It is a beautiful Baroque tower that reaches 76m in height. If you climb the 225 spiral stairs, you can see the tiled roofs, spires, the winding Douro River, and even the Port wine farms of Gaia in the distance. #Portugal travel #Porto
